We all know that the Arbiter counter is often 0.01 faster than the video replay time. What time should be used for ranking? Does it matter?
I think Arbiter uses the slower time in the history file, but I have been using the faster time for ranking. Because 1) people see the video not your history file and 2) I thought it was used for all the stats on the counter. However, I calculated 3bv/s for 20 games yesterday for both times and the 3bv/s was correct for both (because only 2 decimal places).
Also, is it true that this only happens on some computers? I watch Ian's expert record and get 41.43 and 41.44, but Kamil's arbiter videos don't have this problem when I see them. Do any of you get the same time watching Ian's or [name removed]'s videos?

Re: Arbiter video time and counter time
Watch my Beg NF 3BV/s ex-WR: 14 3bv in 3,00s/3,01s. 3BV/s is 6,96, so 3,01 is correct so time in video counter is correct
0.49 - 7.03 - 31.13
NF: 0.49 - 7.03 - 31.51
NF: 0.49 - 7.03 - 31.51
