what kind of music is your favourite / what bands do you listen to?


my favourite bands (alphabetical order): emil bulls (nu metal, germany), everclear (grunge alt-rock, usa), feeder (rock, wales), fire in the attic (emocore, germany), fort minor (rap, usa), grey daze (grunge, usa), guano apes (rock nu metal, germany), him (metal, finland), ill nino (latin-metal, usa), jbo (metal, germany), julien k (electro-rock, usa), linkin park (nu metal, usa), die mannequin (canada), nirvana (grunge, usa), nordlicht (pop-rock, germany), placebo (rock, england), sepultura (trashmetal, brasil), sonic youth (grunge, usa), soulfly (trashmetal, brasil), system of a down (nu metal, usa), tasty snax (ska punk, usa), wirksystem (nu metal, germany)

IMO all these bands are amazing and absolutely worth listening to (if you like the respective musical genre ;) )

black metal: Anti, Immortal, Marduk, Lord Belial, Cradle Of Filth, Emperor, Gorgoroth,

my tatse in music is very varied but I have to say that one of my least favourtie genres of music is "Heavy/hardcore/black/death/metal"

Some good music in my opinion (but relativly obscure and very varied, so I am sure whatever your tastes you will find something you like)

@the videos/songs you posted: peaches song is nice, but i'm not really into the other songs

i guess except grunge and post-grung all genres i like can be somewhat considered as 'heavy'

That Nazgul music is ridiculous! I love the people posting on the comments, saying "black metal is the law" :P tryhards.

My tastes are mostly classical, like Schubert (from whence comes my name), Janacek (czech composer in the early 20C), Brahms, Tchaikovsky etc.
